Burnout

There you are, at home…, although you were always that hard worker, who anyone could ask for help, who was very committed to your work and who would go for it for the full 100%And now it isn’t possible anymore, you sleep badly, worry a lot, gets angry or emotional easily.

And you’re far too tired to do anything. You forget much, badly concentrate and don’t feel pleasure in anything. Burnout occurs most in people who give much in their jobs and are fully committed. An appreciated feature, as long as the given energy and the energy that you get from your work or other activities stays in balance. Whenever the satisfaction that you get from your work gets less and the stress increases (for instance because of a reorganization the content of your job is less attractive), it is possible that the scale gets out of balance and you get exhausted. At this point it isn’t possible to solve your problems with a little resting and staying at home, but your body and mind needs help to restore. We can offer you that help. Treatment also can prevent that you get exhausted physically and emotionally and have to stay at home. So it’s better to get help as quickly as possible.
